Windows Font Managment solution?

Hi,

I’m looking for a Windows font management solution to :

-          Enable users without admin rights to install fonts on their PC.

-          Enable users to manage fonts by projects.

-          Enable the farm to access user installed fonts.

So far, I’ve found http://www.fontexplorerx.com/server/

I haven’t tried it yet but it looks like it should do the job, except that it seems a tad expensive to me.

Does anyone recommend anything else ?
