Looks like there's a new web site for creating and managing HDS support cases. I'll reserve judgment for now since it is early days, but something I ran into: running Chrome on Mac, I was mysteriously unable to enter anything in the Serial Number field. Tried it on Firefox, and got a "popup warning": after enabling that, got a popup that allowed me to select from a list of serial numbers attached to our site, but in Chrome it just seemed to fail silently.
I'm guessing I'm not the only one around here who uses a Mac as primary admin platform, so hopefully that saves someone else a bit of head scratching.
