Odometer wipe so to speak

By Brian Krusic - Hi all,

Does any one know how we can clear any stats located on the controller of a Seagate Fiber Channel drive?

This is what I'm really doing here.

I've 3 bad BlueArc fiber channel drives which are impossible to find.

However I've located some drives having the same LSI part number and same specs which came out of an Enengio unit, prolly some kind of NetApp I'm guessing.

At any rate, I swapped PCBs so that the new drives have the BlueArc firmware etc..., but its still showing as bad once inserted into my Titan 3200.

It looks like I may need to wipe any dynamic data kept about the drive and was hoping some one could clue me in to either some BlueArc cli goodness that does so etc...?

You know, some way to access the controller itself and remove any stats about the drive?

Thanks in advance,

- Brian
