We are having an issue with our FTP uploads to dgit.com and was wondering if any of you guys could help point me in the right direction to solving it. We’ve tried using several clients including Filezilla to do the uploads and they do complete but once completed they restart and begin uploading again. I’ve looked at the settings and can’t find anything to suggest why this occurs inside the facility, we can take the same files home and upload using Filezilla without the same repetitive restarts on uploads. Any advice on where to start looking on our systems or perhaps an issue with our ISP? Would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks! Craig |
