This paper (2013) is a good read for everyone using (Enterprise) SSDs in their facilities.

Summary of the findings:

We use Intel SSDs in different Raid configurations for our StorNext Metadata - haven't
experienced these problems so far - even with 2 major power outages last year (graceful shutdown was possible while UPS kicked in)

Anyone having weird SSDs issues, maybe data loss after power faults?

Cheers
