Adobe CC updates require a whole new package?
posted by  on July 8, 2014, 6:15 p.m. (1 day ago)

Hey all,

We had a look at the new package updates for CC and it seems the new updates are actually whole new applications.  In the package manager the ones we packaged before have gone to the archived versions section.

We have the package as part of our Mavericks deployment in order for everything to be available to anyone needing the CC apps.

If we can't update the package it looks like we are going to have to re-install the whole lot, quite time consuming.

Has anyone else seen this or know of a way to inject the app updates into a current CC package?

Cheers
