Not to this specific trojan, certainly. It only effects OS-X by exploiting Java to deploy native code. Anything running OS-X with Java installed, and the ability to run native x86 code is decidedly not a phone. That said, various phones with Java may well have exploitable vulnerabilities which can be used in a similar fashion. Part of the reason that the iPhone doesn't run Java, Flash, Emulators, etc., is exactly to avoid this sort of inner platform vulnerability.
