DaVinci Resolve Corrupted Frames While Scrubbing

While scrubbing in DaVinci Resolve 11, we're seeing the kind of corruption in the picture below on random frames. The odd things is, if we go back and scrub the same set of frames, the corruption is on a different frame than the previous scrub. (For instance, on scrub 1, frame 49 is corrupted. On scrub 2, frame 49 is fine but 50 is corrupted. On scrub 3, frame 49 is once again corrupted).

-We've tried a different computer, a different OS, and a different storage medium.

-We sent the files to BlackMagic and when they scrub it, they don't have this corruption and sent us a video proving it.

-This doesn't make sense to me because we have tried multiple computers.

-We don't see the corruption when we import the project into After Effects.

Ideas?
