Looking for recent thoughts on Panzura

I wanted to see the latest word on Panzura. Anyone out there care to share their thoughts?  We are looking for a "global" private file share and it looks like a great option.  We are planning an isilon with a petabyte in our local datacenter and need to branch out to 7 other sites.  Which appliances are people using? Or are most people building their own and using the VM image?
