Not what I wanted to read Monday morning. Guess it's a sign of a bad week ahead. -s >>>>>> b) In about 2 weeks from now, we will release the last beta version of Release 4 (r4b8). Beside further bugfixes this beta version will include a new licensing system (flcd4 v2.0). All further versions of 3DE4 will require this new licensing system in order to work! c) flcd4 v2.0 does no longer store its license data on your local license server machine, instead your licenses are being stored on our new license cloud server on the internet. flcd4 v2.0 will sync with our license cloud every 24 hours in order to renew its license data, therefore it is important that your license server machine is permanently connected to the internet! d) Together with r4b8 we will release our new website which provides individual user accounts. Your license data, purchases and further information will be stored in a user account associated with your company. You will receive login information ("3DE ID" & password) from us so that you can access the above information directly from our website. In addition, your "3DE ID" and password will be needed for the installation process of flcd4 v2.0 in order to ensure correct download of your license data! |
