UTC, clocks, windows, everyone else

here's something neat. Ignore me if you already knew this.

windows 7 still uses local time for its clock, so if you dual-boot, windows time tends to be off by several hours (unless you actually are in london, in which case...lucky dog).

the following requires admin privileges, but works well for forcibly updating the clock in windows 7: net stop w32time & net start w32time w32tm /resync /force
