Is Shielded Cat6A worth the expense for a super small post facility?

How did you decide that you needed to run Cat6A at all?

My company is moving to a new facility, and we need to run Cat6A cable to 5 editing suites (4 editorial, 1 finishing/color). We'll be terminating these runs into a  SNS EVO 16-bay NAS system.

Here's a diagram of the new space (on the 5th floor of an 8 story office building):

Seeing that plenum rated shielded Cat6A (as well as the requisite connectors/jacks) are significantly more expensive than unshielded Cat6A, I'm wondering if shielded cable is overkill for our particular setup?

Since there are only 4 people in our company, and I am the default "IT guy" simply because I am geekier than all of my other co-workers, combined, I dont want to be the guy who gets yelled at because the performance of the network becomes unreliable due to some unforseen external influence like EMI or something.

But on the other hand, I'm sure my boss wont be excited to hear that shielded Cat6A will cost 3x more than unshielded Cat6A. What do you think?
