PXE boot on linux, add menu option to 'boot strap' WDS service.

The environment used pxelinux as the default PXE loader/boot menu/etc and I didn't want to replace it with iPXE just to make WDS work, so I had pxelinux load a custom iPXE build with a baked in script to automatically set the right options for WDS and then iPXE would load the WDS loader directly from the WDS server. A little complicated but it meant we could integrate WDS with a minimum of changes to the existing environment.
