Support levels from our 'favourite' storage vendors.

I just placed a call with Oracle for support on my SL3000 library.  Just a drive issue so it's not a priority.  Got a call back in less than 30 minutes.  Opened the ticket over the web.  Quite surprised I got a response this quick.
