Has anyone tested one of the new 1.6TB iofx cards? We had some iofx 420's and they were fine. The 1.6TB...plugged it in and is as loud as a hairdryer. The status checks out at 34 C yet full steam ahead on the fan. Nothing amiss in the monitoring software, etc. Just looking if we have a bum card that needs servicing or what. It can't possibly be intended to be this loud in a workstation environment. It's hilariously loud. Thanks Doug |
