UHD or 4k stereo panel

Hiya, does anyone know of any uhd or 4k stereo panels that can actually do UHD or 4K stereo?

All the consumer UHD stereo panels I've looked at do UHD mono but only 2K stereo?

With DP1.2a or HDMI2.0 these things run at 60hz mono so in theory capable of 30hz stereo (awful at that res at refresh rate but still in stereo and we can always slow down playback to avoid too much tearing)

I'm wondering is there another stream of panels (high end) that I'm not aware of.  

Ones that can do 4K 60 fps mono \ 30 fps stereo , or multiple inputs that allow 120 \ 60?
