We ordered some Ram upgrades for our s200's.... I have seen some pretty bad shipping in the past from other companies but this is really irresponsible. I dont care if they are field upgrade Kits. I hold Isilon in high regard. Which is why I am taking the time to post this in hopes that this logistical embarrassment will change the way they go about shipping in the future. ( prob not ) . -S
I just happened to purchase ram for some render node upgrades. Here is what it arrived in. Looks like they have some good Dedupe Running.
