Do you think Isilon "Smart" Dedupe will work on this?

thats shameful. HP is just as bad. I think I posted similar pictures a few years back at the ludicrous and inexcusable waste of packaging they sent for memory upgrades. The try and pass the buck off saying its the logistics company, pretending they have no influence over them... Its kinda sad they don't have the forward thinking to enable them to understand that people purchase memory more than one piece at a time and don't have process in place for that. They have only been doing it for 15 years or so, maybe they need a little more time to wrap their heads around reality. :)

We ordered some Ram upgrades for our s200's....

I have seen some pretty bad shipping in the past from other companies but this is really irresponsible. I dont care if they are field upgrade Kits. I hold Isilon in high regard. Which is why I am taking the time to post this in hopes that this logistical embarrassment will change the way they go about shipping in the future. ( prob not ) .

I just happened to purchase ram for some render node upgrades. Here is what it arrived in.

Looks like they have some good Dedupe Running.
