We were looking at a space to lease, we said to the property manager during the initial viewing "if you build our data centre with 1000 amp service and 60 tons of HVAC, we'll take it" They said yes. fast forward a few months and now they are saying "we put the heat exchanger on the roof, and provide you chilled glycol, its up to you to install the condenser and blower units". Pulling what smells like car sales men tactics too, " we thought you understood this, its standard.".. My understanding of a HVAC solution is one that includes all the bits front to back to cool a space, not half of what is required to do so. What is your understanding of what an HVAC solution is? is it only the roof top component or is it an all encompassing solution that has everything required to cool down a space? |
