Hey folks, I'm seeing some weirdness when rendering out PNG sequences with After Effects on a Deadline farm...split up into tasks of 5 frames, it's rendering out correctly - I can view the output and Deadline shows 100% for the task, the job log shows "10/23/2016 2:53:44 PM: Finished composition"... And it just keeps running, it won't complete. I think Deadline is just waiting on aerender to close out, but it won't. It's not consuming any CPU, doesn't seem to be writing any temp files, it's just sitting open. It's happening across all nodes and different files. Tried just manually running the aerender command and the same thing happens, I have to close out the cmd window to get it to stop. Has anyone run into this before? Running CC 2014 on Windows 7, Deadline 8. Any ideas appreciated!
